Great Smoky Mountains

This reminds us of the Cache la Poudre canyon, boy did it make us miss Colorado

The Smoky mountains don't quite rise as high as the Rockies but they are still beautiful and the mist that hangs over them is given them the smoky look is quite mystical

On our way back from the Great Smoky Mountains we stopped to check out the Cumberland Falls in the Cumberland Gap

Kentucky Bourbon Trail

One of the many storage buildings in the Kentucky countryside. You can smell the bourbon just wafting in the air.

The mash at Maker's Mark, they actually let people put their hands in this and taste it.

Did you know a bourbon barrel can only be used once to make bourbon? After they're used they get shipped off to make scotch.

Last night was the pharmacy department Christmas party and the theme was Tacky Christmas Sweaters. You'll have to check out the top picture to see some really interesting clothes that really should make the show What Not to Wear. Can you believe people actually design some of these clothes?

1 Month Old

Can you believe I'm 1 month old? I'm starting to fill out and I now weigh 8 pounds 10 ounces. I'm sleeping anywhere from 4-5 hours at night so mom and dad are happy with me.

Bath Time

St Louis

Last weekend Colton got to travel to St Louis and take in the Arch, the Budweiser tour (sorry no tasting samples for a few more years), and go to Daddy's Christmas party. Needless to say Colton was the hit of the party and he even slept through the rickety ride to the top of the arch.
